I have never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming here for years. The first day i walked into this office, i was petrified. This is coming from someone who hadn’t been to a dentist ever. Only once when i was a kid to have a tooth pulled. The day i came here for the first time i was in my late 40’s early 50’s. The care i have received here is immeasurable! Dr. Yousuf saved my teeth. I love Liza! She’s the best hygienist I’ve ever had! 😊

My regular dentist couldn’t get me in for an emergency for at least a Month. I called Norwich Family & Cosmetic Dentistry and they were able to get me in the following day for a consultation. I have anxiety in going to the Dentist. Every one from the person on the phone I scheduled with to the assistant and the dentist were amazing! They are very kind and patient and informative. I will be keeping them as my regular dentist moving forward. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Dr. Yousuf and the rest of the staff. I only had x-rays done and will be getting a cleaning in November (they’re pretty booked up). I love it here so far and I’m looking forward to keeping them as my dentist 🙂 I’ve noticed some of the reviews mentioned them “lying” about being in network with insurances, but I think that comes down to confusion. I was confused too. To anyone reading this review, they are not in network with any insurance companies, but still run everything through your insurance. For me personally, my stuff so far as been covered (thankfully). Just be aware of this.

Great first experience. Dr. Yousuf got right to the issues. He found 2 cavities that the last dentist missed just last month & filled them AND got my abscessed tooth pulled the SAME day without any further anxiety waiting or worrying. I’m glad we met & I’ll be back to get my gums healthy again. Also, has a dental savings plan to make it affordable because “the prettiest thing you can wear is a healthy smile!” Thank you Dr. Yousuf for not making “mesuf”.😁
